Advisers: what we are looking for
At Frankly, we’re building a better kind of mortgage and insurance business, one where advisers are empowered, not micromanaged. If you’re an experienced professional who believes in doing the right thing for clients, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll need:
- At least 7+ years of experience as a mortgage or protection adviser.
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills to deliver the best possible deals tailored to your customer's needs.
- The ability to work independently with integrity.
- A desire to be part of something better.
Administrators: what we are looking for
At Frankly, we help people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, buying a home or protecting their future. Behind every great adviser is an exceptional administrator. If you love detail, people, and purpose, we’d love to work with you.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in mortgage, financial services, or insurance admin preferred.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
- A team player who takes pride in their work.
